I started working for Hills Park Dental in 2012. I actually started as Dr. Breen’s Dental Assistant. I had become a registered Dental Assistant years earlier, but never actually used my skills. While speaking with Dr Breen, I found the position had opened up, I eagerly jumped at the opportunity. As time went on, I became familiar with the reception area, and now find myself running the office.
When not working, I enjoy the outdoors so you will find me walking the beach or woods with my husband. I have 2 grown children that I am very proud of. My daughter Danielle is an X-ray technologist and still continuing her education at Stony Brook University. My son PJ just started college at Suffolk Community and is looking into law enforcement.
When you come to Hills Park Dental, you will see that our team is full of positive energy; that helps create a comfortable place for our patients. My name is Danielle and I love being a dental assistant, I love being able to improve and maintain someone’s oral health. When I’m not at work I’m mostly with my family sharing quality time with them or attending college.
After finishing my studies in the Dominican Republic which is the country where I was born, I came to the United States, I went to Suffolk Community College where I learned the English language. Then, I continued my studies at Boces with the CDA program “Certificate Dental Assistant”. As soon as I finished my program I started looking for jobs and Dr.Breen and the Hills Park Dental team gave me the opportunity to belong to this family. I am very happy and grateful to be part of this team. I love being able to help others and keep a positive attitude.
In my free time I like to be with my family, play with my little son Odanys, go shopping, watch Netflix and read.
I attended Suffolk BOCES dental assisting program during which I was lucky enough to do my internship here at Hills Park Dental. I finished the program in January 2023. I loved doing my internship here so I jumped at the opportunity to continue working here. When I am not working here, I am working as a cake decorator at a bakery.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, going to hockey games (go Islanders!), and spending time with family and friends.
I graduated from SUNY Farmingdale with a degree in Dental Hygiene in May 2006. My extensive experience in the dental setting started over 30 years ago in my native country, Ecuador. During my years of experience, I have developed ways to help people of all ages and learned how to put anxious patients at ease. I consider myself a gentle, compassionate, and supportive bilingual hygienist who considers the importance of the relationship between oral and overall health in all patients.
In my free time, I love to be with my family enjoying simple activities which become treasurable memories. We all love gardening, our backyard is our favorite place at home.
My name is Kim and I’m very fortunate to be a dental hygienist here at Hills Park Dental. I started my dental career as a dental assistant at the age of 18 working in a pediatric office. That’s when I decided to begin my journey as a dental hygienist due to my love of children and wanting to help people achieve their best smiles. I obtained my Dental Hygienist degree at SUNY Farmingdale and have been a hygienist now for 24 years. I’m extremely grateful and thankful to be part of this amazing dental practice. They just not only do high quality dentistry, but they inspire everyone to learn, grow and be the best they can be. They create smiles not only on the outside but inside as well.
I’m a proud mom to two boys that are fully grown and on their way to achieving their own goals & dreams. In my free time I love to fish and do Pilates.
I first joined the Hills Park Dental team in April of 2022 and am so glad I did. The team here is full of some of the most welcoming and friendly people I have ever met. I am currently going into my senior year at Deer Park High School. I hope to go to college and become a Physiatrist.
I live in Zimbabwe and work for Hills Park Dental remotely as a receptionist. Being an endometriosis warrior has taught me to enjoy life through charity work, going out with friends and also enjoying myself in the kitchen. I am looking forward to creating more memories with the team!
My name is Kayla and I graduated from Brentwood High School. I just recently started working here at Hills Park Dental and am so glad I work with such an amazing team! I am looking forward to attending Farmingdale State College for cyber security. In my free time I love going into Manhattan with my friends.
